Glennwood Springs

Aunt Rene came Saturday April 7th - Thursday April 12th

After all the Easter festivities we decided everyone needed a break...

and there is no better place for relaxing then Glennwood Springs.

We went up Monday morning and stayed until Tuesday afternoon.

The kids all loved the warm water.

Rene was amazed by the size of the pool and how much Luke and Bailey are dare-devils!

Easter Fancy

 I wore my derby hat!  There are very few occasions which you can actually wear a hat...

but it is allowed on Easter!!!

I now know to take pictures before church instead of trying to get them done after we get home.

Easter Morning

The Easter bunny came while everyone was asleep and left baskets of toys and books

and then he hid LOTS of eggs filled with candy!!!

 Finding eggs is fun at 7:15 am...

 Molly really got into finding eggs and she would squeal every time she found one.

 Luke was still half asleep so he only found a few.

Bailey filled her entire basket!

 Once Luke figured out there was candy in the eggs he was more anxious to find and open them.

Aunt Rene came late Saturday evening and had a great time hiding eggs, laughing with babies,

opening her Easter presents and enjoying Easter with us.

The same can't be said about the twins.

Kentucky 8x National Champions

Dana got to go to New Orleans for the NCAA Final Four and Championship basketball games.

The first game was Louisville vs. Kentucky.

Dana's nephews and niece came down for the game.

Kentucky WON!!!

It rained cats and dogs on the night of the championship game. The boys got soaked on the walk to the dome.

Grammy and Paca hosted the dying party.

The Klepper family joined all the Morians and Holmes.

(Minus Dana because he is in New Orleans for the basketball Final Four)
