3 month birthday party

Today is Bailey's 3 month birthday!!! I can't believe how fast some parts have gone and how slow others have. I wouldn't give her up for all the tea in China! She is defiantly "a keeper".

Swimming

She swam for 2 whole hours! She only cried when I took her out of the water. We were both wrinkled like raisins! We can't wait to go back!!!

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter!!! We dyed eggs on Thursday... 72 eggs and one Bailey!
On Friday, Bailey go to go sit on the Easter Bunny's Lap. She was so happy and full of smiles!


Sunday we got dressed up in our finest clothes (gift from Uncle Danny and Aunt Tammy) and went to the early church service. She did great and everyone thought she was so cute.

Then we cooked and cleaned and got ready for the feast! It was a small gathering of only 7, but we did get to share our house with a long time friend who is visiting Denver. It was great to get to visit and catch up with Drew Smillie. A wonderful Easter!!!

Christ is Risen!!! Alleluia!!!!!

Friday

Friday we had our cardiologist appoinment. Bailey did great. They did an EKG, an ECHO cardiogram and Dr. Yeung listened twice to Bailey's heart. Bailey still has the holes and they haven't seemed to close up at all. Good news is that they are not effecting her but the bad news is it will require surgery to fix. The doctor gave us 3 more months to fatten her up. They want her above 11 pounds so that they can do the easier surgery. Currently she is 9 pounds 9 ounces and 24 inches long! Pray for weigh gain!

A relaxing vacation filled with love

We have had a busy week. Dana's sister came to spend her spring break with us. It was an amazing time. Aunt Rene spoiled Bailey rotten!!! Wednesday we spent the entire day in Boulder - Celestial Seasoning Tea factory tour, Leaning Tree Museum of Western Art, and the tea house for lunch. Thursday we visited MawMaw and then toured Balistreri Vineyards, had a birthday party and had a wonderful time. Friday we relaxed and went to the Mammoth game. The rest of the time was spent shopping, visiting, relaxing and playing with Bailey!
