Ambulance ride

After being diagnosed with bacteria pneumonia, we were admitted to St. Joseph Hospital.
We had to ride in the ambulance in a snow storm at 11:00pm.
Molly was strapped to the cart and in the back with 3 large strangers...
I was in the passenger's seat.  I could talk to her but we couldn't see each other.
When we finally got to the hospital, the EMTs said she was great and slept the entire ride.
Once everyone left the room, her eyes popped open and said "I'm not sleeping, I playing possum!"
She wasn't about to let the strangers talk to her!
A big ride for such a small girl.
Molly inside the ambulance.
Getting situated in her room at the hospital.

Emergency room

After taking Molly to the pediatrician at 4:00 they sent us up to the Children's hospital urgent care center.  We stopped at home on our way up to get some necessities.  Lovie, Blanket and Grammy!!!
We got to go in a treatment room really pretty fast...
Molly was 104.5 degrees and her oxygen level was only 86%.
She was a sick sad girl!!!
They took X-rays, got her hooked up to oxygen and then started an IV.
She was very brave and didn't even cry.
Grammy cuddling made everything a little better.

We stayed there until about 10:30 when they sent us to the real hospital.

Visiting Old Grammy in the hospital

Old Grammy was having some heart problems and fluid build-up in her legs.
Luke and I went to visit and cheer her up.
Hiding in the closet and cupboards was great fun for Luke.
Kissing and telling stories made everyone happy!

Luke LOVES Old Grammy!!!!
