Yellowstone Car Entertainment

As most of you know, Bailey is not good at being in the car. She hates being confined in the car seat!!! Yellowstone is a LOT of driving and being stuck in the car, I mean a LOT!!!

We found very creative ways to keep Bailey entertained during the drives... a diaper and sunglasses were good for at least 30 minutes of a happy girl and lots of laughter!

We saw tons of "manamils" as Bailey says in Yellowstone.
Bison (not buffalo) were most abundant.... frequently just walking down the road creating gridlock! They were awesome to see! Deer

An amazing Bald eagle just sitting in a fire burned tree looking for his next meal.

A coyote running through the field...,

And best of all... a GIANT bull elk wading in the river.... his harem of girls was just the other side of the river.

Bailey loved the animals and kept asking for "more animals please."

Yellowstone Family Vacation

September 4th - 13th

Yellowstone National Park

We stayed at a condo in West Yellowstone. It was an amazing family vacation!!! We saw so much beautiful scenery... Bailey got tired of being in the car looking at trees.
She did like all the water!
Bubbles, steam and geysers really intrigued her... but she just wanted to touch and be in them.

But even on vacation, everyone has chores... taking the trash out is Dana and Bailey's job!

Thursday night is trash night at our house. Dana has to take all the trash out to the curb. Bailey helped tonight. Dana pulled and she pushed!
Look at how proud she looks. She really liked helping Daddy!
